When we receive a firearm from a customer we detail strip the firearm and prep all surfaces to have Cerakote applied by:

• Soaking parts in Acetone Solution

• Sand Blasting with 80 grit Garnet Sand

• Gassing Out Parts in Kiln or Oven

• Spray our Ceramic Coating

• Kiln/Oven Cure (Some application require "C" series air cure products)

• Reassemble and Function Test
